Into 8,5 - 10 l of cold water, mix 28 eggs and add the contents of the package. Mix well and form a dough; let sit for 3 minutes. Form the dough into oblong rolls, cut into slices and fill with fruit, marmalade, or smoked pork. Drop the stuffed dumplings into salted boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes. If you would like to use the dough as a potato dumpling side dish, form oblong loaves with a diameter of approximately 6 cm, and boil for 20 minutes. The dough may also be used to make gnocchi, stuffed pierogi, or potato mini-dumplings.
