Preparation

Preparation is quick and easy

Domácí perník:

  1. Do nádoby nasypeme 500 g polohrubé mouky, 100-150 g cukru, 1 lžíci kakaa / kávoviny (cca20 g), kypřicí prášek do perníku, vše dobře promícháme.
  2. Přidáme 100 ml oleje nebo rostlinného tuku a přilijeme 450 ml mléka, ve kterém rozšleháme 1-2 vejce.
  3. Vše důkladně promícháme a těsto nalijeme na vymaštěný, moukou vysypaný plech a pečeme v předehřáté troubě při 180 °C cca 20 minut.
Tip
