To prepare batter from 1 kg of mix, you will need: 460 ml water, 650 g apples, 3-4 eggs; pour 1 kg of the mix into a bowl, add the eggs and water, and mix thoroughly. Add the grated apples, and spread the batter evenly into a greased and floured pan (30 x 40 cm). Bake for 25-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 160-170°C. When baking, keep in mind the properties of your own oven. After the cake has cooled, you may top with jam, chocolate ganache, and sprinkle with roasted almonds. One package (5 kg) makes approx. 100 servings (one serving equals 100 g of finished product).
