A powdered mix for preparing vanilla cream and dessert fillings. Preparation instructions: measure 12,5 l of milk and pour 2/3 of the milk into a saucepan. Add 1 kg sugar and heat until boiling. Empty the contents of the package into the remaining milk. Mix thoroughly, pour into the boiling milk, and cook approximately 2 minutes, stirring constantly (until thickened). Let cool to room temperature, stirring constantly. Beat softened butter or vegetable shortening with an electric beater. Add the cooked Krémamyl gradually and beat until smooth. Use the resulting cream to fill cakes, roulades, and pastries.
