How to use?

  1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 200 – 250 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add 180 g of grated apples, 1 tbsp of chia seeds and stir into the batter. TIP: you can also add raisins, nuts or almonds to the batter.
  3. Spread the prepared dough evenly on a greased and floured smaller baking tray (20 x 30 cm), pie tin or cake tin.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 160-170 °C.

Once cooled, the slices can be spread with jam, icing or sprinkled with roasted almonds.
