Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, instant vegetable additive [powdered glucose syrup, *partially hydrogenated soybean fat, milk protein, stabilisers: potassium phosphates, polyphosphates, anti-caking agent: silica, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate,  salt, colouring: carotenes], cocoa powder, leavening agents: sodium carbonate, gingerbread spices (ground cinnamon, ground coriander,ground cloves, ground star anise, ground anise, ground fennel, orange peel, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, ground mace, ground ginger), powdered eggs, ground cinnamon.

Preparation instructions

To prepare a batter from 1 kg of mix, you will need: 620 ml water and 280 ml oil; empty 1 kg of the mix into a bowl, add water and oil and mix thoroughly. Spread the batter evenly onto a greased and floured pan (30 x 40 cm). Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for approx. 25 minutes. When baking, keep in mind the properties of your own oven. After the gingerbread has cooled, you may top with jam, chocolate ganache, and sprinkle with roasted almonds. One package (5 kg) makes approx. 100 servings (one serving equals 100 g of finished product).
