    Preparation process

    1. Let the mung beans sprout 2-5 days in advance, ideally in a PET bottle or in sprouting bowls.
    2. Heat the Organic Olive Oil in a pan and briefly pan-roast the cashews together with the sunflower seeds.
    3. Prepare the Organic Potato Pancakes according to the instructions on the box. Brush with olive oil and grill over a low flame.
    4. Wash the arugula leaves with lukewarm water and place in a bowl. Add the sprouted mung beans. Add the peeled grapefruit, cut into small squares.
    5. To the salad, add a small amount of salt and drizzle with the Organic Olive Oil and Organic Balsamic Vinegar. Serve garnished with the roasted nuts and seeds.
