Preparation process

  1. Preparing the filling: in a pan, sauté the onion with the champignons, salt lightly, and add the sauerkraut. Let the ingredients merge and allow to cool before filling.
  2. Prepare the Amylon QUARK DOUGH mix according to the instructions (mix 1 kg of mix with 800-900 ml of water) and form a silken dough.
  3. Roll the dough flat to a thickness of approx. 3 mm. During preparation dust with plain flour as needed.
  4. With a pastry wheel, cut squares of the size of your choice, onto which you will place the filling.
  5. Join the opposite corners of the squares, thus creating a stuffed "triangle." Drop in boiling water. Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh herbs (chives, parsley), green onion, leeks, lettuce, etc.
