Preparation

How to use?

  1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 150 ml of cold water and process the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Using floured hands, shape the dough and place it on a round pizza tray or a regular baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Fill the dough with any filling you like, e.g. tomato passata, ham, mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, etc.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 – 25 minutes.

If you want to improve the taste and nutritional value of a whole wheat pizza, choose a few ingredients to add. Here are some tips:

  • Use a quality cheese such as mozzarella or parmesan to give the pizza a rich and creamy flavour. You can also combine different types of cheese for a more varied taste.
  • Add fresh vegetables of your choice to your pizza, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach or olives. The vegetables will add fresh flavor, texture and increase the nutritional value of the pizza.
  • If you want to increase the amount of protein in your pizza, you can top it with slices of chicken, ham, bacon, tuna or grilled tofu.
  • If you’re a fan of unusual flavours, try adding pineapple slices, mango, peach or strawberry chunks to your pizza. The fruit adds a nice sweetness and contrast to the other ingredients.
