Amylon’s puddings are completely free of palm oil and without added sugar or sweeteners, so even diabetics can enjoy the pudding if they do not use sugar during preparation.

Since 2003, the KLASA quality mark has been awarded by the Minister of Agriculture only to quality food and agricultural products that meet strict qualitative (demonstration of superior quality characteristics) and legislative requirements. Quick and easy preparation

  1. Pour 350 ml of the measured ½ l of milk into a cooking vessel
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 40 g) and heat to boiling.
  3. Pour the contents of the sachet into the remaining milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into bowls and leave to cool.

The finished pudding is intended for quick consumption.

The pudding can also be prepared in goat’s milk or oat or soya beverage, as well as other alternatives.
Pour syrup over a portion of pudding to receive compliments from your loved ones.

Some ideas for using the traditional range of puddings:

  • Serve alone as a dessert: Just pour it into bowls and let it set in the fridge. You can decorate it with sliced banana, whipped cream and chocolate topping.
  • Fill the space between the cake pans with custard and decorate the cake to taste, for example with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and edible flowers.
  • Chocolate cups: create a layered chocolate cup with banana pudding. Alternate layers of banana-flavoured pudding and chocolate-flavoured pudding with crushed biscuits, chocolate chips and whipped cream.
  • Banana muffins. This gives the muffins a distinct flavour and a smooth texture.
