Preparation

Quick and easy preparation

  1. Pour 350 ml of the measured ½ l of milk into a cooking vessel
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 40 g) and heat to boiling.
  3. Pour the contents of the sachet into the remaining milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into bowls and leave to cool.

The finished pudding is intended for quick consumption.

The pudding can also be prepared in goat’s milk or oat or soya beverage, as well as other alternatives.
Pour syrup over a portion of pudding to receive compliments from your loved ones.
