Pancakes from Amylon are easy to prepare

  1. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add about 450 ml of cold water (you can also use milk) and 1 egg, mix well and let the mixture rest for 2 minutes.
  2. Fry thin pancakes in a heated frying pan coated with oil.
  3. The pancakes can be filled with jam, cottage cheese, spinach, meat or mushroom filling.

  • The right pan is important! Pancakes are best prepared, flipped and flipped from a special pancake pan that has a non-stick surface. You can get by with a regular non-stick pan or a cast iron pan. It is always important to let the pan get hot before pouring in the batter. Then brush the bottom with oil or clarified butter. Use a small ladle to scoop out a portion of the batter and pour it into the centre of the hot pan. Then tilt the pan and spread the batter over the entire surface to make a thin and even pancake.
