How to use vanilla baking powder?

Vanilla baking powder is added to rubbed, crisp and sponge batter, pancakes, etc. Process the batter quickly so that the powder takes effect after it has been placed in the oven.

Recommended dosage: (per 0,5 kg): rubbed dough – whole bag, crisp dough -2/3 of the bag content, dumpling dough – 1/3 of the bag content.

Working with vanilla baking powder is very easy, even beginners can bake a simple bundt cake or bublanina, but to make the dough rise nicely, we need to follow a few principles:

The ingredients should be at room temperature. (Temperature differences can complicate the chemical reaction and prevent proper proofing.)

Mix the dry ingredients first with the baking powder in one container and the liquid ingredients in another container. Sugar is the exception, add this to the liquids. Then mix all the ingredients quickly and place the bun in the preheated oven. (It is better to mix the dough less carefully, for a shorter time, as the time delay detracts from the resulting fluffiness)
