Amylon’s puddings are completely free of palm oil and without added sugar or sweeteners, so even diabetics can enjoy the pudding if they do not use sugar during preparation.

Since 2003, the KLASA quality mark has been awarded by the Minister of Agriculture only to quality food and agricultural products that meet strict qualitative (demonstration of superior quality characteristics) and legislative requirements. It serves to better orient consumers and buyers in the market by identifying products of exceptional quality compared to commonly available competing food products.


Quick and easy preparation

  1. Pour about 2/3 of the measured 12.5 litres of milk (about 8 litres) into the cooking vessel.
  2. Add 1 kg of sugar and heat to boiling.
  3. Pour the contents of the sachet into the rest of the milk. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into bowls and leave to cool.

Alternatively, weigh out 37 g (a normal portion of a small bag of pudding) and cook the pudding according to normal procedure:

  1. Pour about 350 ml of the measured 1/2 l of milk into a cooking vessel.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (about 40 g) and heat to boiling.
  3. Pour the contents of the sachet into the remaining milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into bowls and leave to cool.

The finished pudding is intended for quick consumption.
Pudding can be prepared not only in regular cow’s milk, but also in goat’s milk and alternative vegetable milk drinks – soy, almond, oat, rice, coconut milk and others.
Pouring syrup over a serving of pudding will earn you compliments from your loved ones.

Vanilla flavoured pudding is a great ingredient to use in a variety of recipes and desserts. Here are a few ideas of what you can use this delicious pudding in:

  • Serve alone: The easiest way is to serve the pudding as a stand-alone dessert. Just pour it into bowls and let it set in the fridge. You can decorate it with chopped fruit, whipped cream or top it with caramel topping.
  • Cake filling: you can use the pudding as a cake filling. For example, just fill the space between the cake pans with pudding. Then decorate the cake according to your taste, for example with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate shavings or edible flowers.
  • Vanilla cupcakes: for example, create a layered vanilla cupcake with chocolate-flavoured custard. Alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate flavoured pudding with crushed biscuits, chocolate chips and whipped cream.
  • Creams: This pudding is a great ingredient for making creams. Its creamy consistency and rich flavour give desserts a great texture and delicious taste. Add the custard to cream for cakes, pies, desserts or vanilla cupcakes. Just mix it with other ingredients such as butter, cottage cheese, mascarpone, whip it and you can start decorating and filling your desserts.
  • Banana muffins: Add a spoonful of vanilla-flavoured custard to the muffin batter and bake them. This will give the muffins a distinctly moist texture.
