What is vanilla sugar used for?

Vanilla sugar is used as a baking ingredient to enhance the flavour of yeasted, rubbed and sponge cakes.
We add it to creams, curd, ice creams and cocktails. Sprinkle it on cakes, pancakes or porridge.

To sprinkle on desserts, mix the contents of the bag with 7 tablespoons of icing sugar.
